Representative: Today(Tuesday) morning speedy truck took life of a CNG Auto-rickshaw driver in Bhadugar of Brahmanbaria. One dead and seven leave badly injured while two CNG-powered auto-rickshaw collided with a truck. According to the eye witness some of the injured people condition is critical. After the incident at Comilla – Sylhet highway traffic has stopped.
The injured are Ponir Miah(24) and Farid Miah(20) from the village of Bitghar, Abeda Begum(40) and Saheda Begum(41) from Mandarpur village of Nabinagar, Saiful Islam(17) from Chandrapur and Harun Miah(25) from Shambari village of Kasba and Ashok Miah(30) son of Qasim Miah of Bhadughar of sadar Upazila.
All of them admitted to Brahmanbaria Sadar Hospital. According to Sadar Hospital emergency department physician Imran Khan several people in critical condition among the injured people.
Brahmanbaria traffic police inspector Muhammad Bayzid said, we are investigating for the incident.
